MOBILE CLINIC : RAGAS DENTAL COLLAGE

On the 27th of June Ragas Dental Collage brought their Mobile Clinic to Vadapattanam Village where we have one of our Night-Schools. The villagers were able to attend as well as the school children. ( note the nice new uniforms worn by the children, I will make another post about this!) About 130 people attended and 45 had tooth extractions.
A good number needed further treatment at the Medical Collage itself, and this has now been arranged and carried out.

Once again we thank Mark King of Banyan Branch for support and sponsorship on this project. A big thank you to Ragas Dental Collage, and of course to Raj, Founder and Director of JRDT, without whom none of this would happen!

Perhaps not everyone particularly enjoys a trip to the Dentist, or the Dentist's trip to them.... but good Dental Health is an essential pre-requisite to overall good health, and is surely everybody's right
